Tuqo + Yandex Metrica
Yandex Metrica is free web analytics from Yandex, Russia's largest search engine, and the usual choice when your audience is in Russia: traffic, sources, goals, Session Replay (formerly Webvisor) and click maps. Tuqo serves your static front end over HTTPS, and the counter script collects statistics right from the browser. Tuqo runs no server code, so the integration is fully client-side.

Create a counter
In Yandex Metrica, add a counter with your site's address, turn on Session Replay and click maps, and note the counter number.
Add the counter code
Copy the Metrica JS snippet and add it to the <head> of your pages.
Confirm the domain
Metrica verifies the site automatically by the installed counter. For a custom domain, attach it in Tuqo first.
Deploy to Tuqo
The site on name.tuqo.ru is live over HTTPS, and the counter starts collecting data in the browser.

The Metrica counter number is public by design: it is always visible in the page code. You don't need to put any secrets in the static site. To comply with personal data laws, add a privacy policy to the site and, where required, a cookie notice (for visitors from the EU, a consent banner under GDPR). That part is yours, as on any hosting.
Tuqo serves the front end over HTTPS and never touches your data or the service's secrets.
