Tuqo + Plausible / Umami
Plausible and Umami are lightweight, privacy-friendly web analytics: one small script instead of heavy trackers. They use no cookies and collect no personal data, so no cookie banner is needed. Tuqo serves the static front end over HTTPS, and the script sends anonymous statistics directly. Tuqo has no server part here; the integration is client-side.

Set up an analytics project
In Plausible or Umami (cloud or your own server), add the site by its domain and get your data-domain or website-id.
Add the script
Add a single <script> with a data-domain (Plausible) or data-website-id (Umami) attribute to the <head>.
Enter the site's domain
Use the domain Tuqo serves (or your custom one): statistics are filtered by it.
Deploy to Tuqo
The site on name.tuqo.ru is live over HTTPS, and analytics start coming in from the browser.

data-domain and website-id are public by design, so there are no secrets to put in the static site. Plausible and Umami set no cookies and collect no personal data, so a cookie banner is usually not required. Keep a self-hosted instance on your own server; either way Tuqo serves only the front end.

Do I need a cookie banner? +
Usually not: Plausible and Umami use no cookies and collect no personal data. That is the key difference from heavy trackers.
Cloud or my own server? +
Either. The cloud version takes a couple of clicks; self-hosted Umami or Plausible runs on your own server. Tuqo hosts only the static front end.
How is it different from Yandex Metrica? +
Plausible and Umami are lighter and more private (no cookies, no Session Replay). Metrica has more features (Session Replay, click maps) at the cost of page weight and a cookie notice. You can run both.
