Tuqo + submissions to Telegram and MAX
Tuqo forms take submissions right from a static site and save them in the panel. Delivery to Telegram and MAX (the messenger from VK, popular in Russia) is built in: link the messenger in your profile once, add yourself as a recipient, and every submission arrives as a message from the Tuqo bot seconds after it is sent. No bot of your own, no tokens, no webhooks, no Make or n8n.

Add the form to your site
The ready-made snippet from the panel: a plain <form> that sends the submission to Tuqo. No backend needed, spam protection built in.
Link a messenger in your profile
Profile → Messengers → Link: the Tuqo bot opens in Telegram or MAX, press Start, and the link is confirmed with a one-time code. Each project member does this for themselves.
Add yourself as a recipient
Project → Forms → Submission delivery → Members’ messengers: “+ Telegram” or “+ MAX” appears next to your name. A recipient can cover every site in the project or just one (the Recipients for list).
Receive submissions
The message arrives right after the email: contacts first (name, phone, email), then the substance — the first eight fields, with long values cut to 200 characters. The full submission is in the panel.

Security
You need no bot token, and nothing goes into your site's markup: messages are sent by the Tuqo bot, and the link lives in your profile, confirmed with a code. Only an active project member with a linked messenger can be a recipient; nobody can subscribe someone else's account. A submission is first saved in the panel (servers in Russia), then goes out by email and to the messenger: if the bot is stopped or the messenger is down, the request is not lost. Unlink the messenger, and its recipients and notifications are switched off with it.
Tuqo serves the front end over HTTPS and never touches your data or the service's secrets.

Which plans include delivery to Telegram and MAX? +
All of them, including Free: it is part of forms, not a paid add-on. The only limit is the plan's monthly submission quota.
Do I need my own bot, a webhook, or Make/n8n? +
No. Delivery is built in: the Tuqo bot does the work, with no tokens or webhooks involved. Forwarding through a third-party automation service is not needed.
Who can receive submissions in a messenger? +
Project members who linked Telegram or MAX in their profile. People without a Tuqo account get submissions by email, confirmed with a code.
Can one site notify one person and another site someone else? +
Yes: a recipient is assigned to every site in the project or to one specific site. Set it up in the project's Forms section or on the Forms tab of the site page.
What else can arrive in the messenger? +
Account notifications, if you want them: a build failed, traffic is running out, access to a site is about to expire. Turn them on in your profile under Where notifications go; emails keep coming as well.
What happens if I stop the bot? +
Delivery to that messenger pauses; submissions keep being saved in the panel and sent by email. Start the bot again and check the recipient in the Forms section.
