Auto-reply to submissions: an email and a file right after the form
A visitor sends the form and instantly gets your email: a confirmation, instructions or the promised checklist. No backend and no mailing service, on a plain static site. The file goes only to a real email address.
Available from the Start plan.
Turn it on and write the text
On the site's Forms tab: the Auto-reply toggle, the subject and the body. The “Send a test auto-reply to myself” button shows what the sender will see.
Attach a file for a lead magnet
A checklist, guide or price list: PDF, image, zip or text up to 50 MB. The email gets a “Get the file” button; the file is not reachable by a direct URL.
Submission in, email out
Someone sends the form and gets your email right away. The outcome of every auto-reply is shown in the submission card: sent, or why not.
Who it's for
An expert's lead magnet
“Leave your email, get the checklist”: the file is delivered only after a submission, by a link in the email. So the address is real — otherwise there is no file.
Submission confirmation
A client books a photo shoot or a consultation and immediately gets “We got your request and will get back to you today.” Less anxiety, fewer duplicate requests.
Instructions after sign-up
A reply to an event registration: what happens next, where to go, what to bring — all in an email the person won't lose in a chat.
Upsell on the file page
Under the download button goes your text: “I also run a course.” A free resource becomes the start of a funnel.
How it works
The subject and text are yours, in any language, and are sent as written. The service parts
of the email (the download button and the footer line) and the delivery page follow the
site's language. Tuqo detects it on every publish from the start of index.html:
Cyrillic in <title> means Russian, otherwise <html lang="ru"> or
<html lang="en"> decides, and anything else leaves the language as it was. To fix
it, use Language of pages for visitors on the site's Settings tab.

Auto-reply — frequently asked questions
Which plans include it? +
Start and above. Emails cost money and the reputation of the sending domain, so the Free plan has no auto-replies. This also protects everyone from spam sent through free accounts.
Can the sender reply to the email? +
No. The email is transactional, sent from a no-reply address, and it says plainly that no reply is needed. Talk to the client from your own mailbox: the sender's address is in the submission in the panel.
What if the email field in my form has a different name? +
By default Tuqo looks for fields named email, e-mail and «почта» (Russian for “email”). If yours is different, enter its name in the auto-reply settings — it is a single field.
Can the file go only to a real email address? +
That is how it works: the file arrives as a link in the email, so typing someone else's or a made-up address will not get you the file. That is the main difference from a file behind an open link, which anyone downloads without a form.
Can the file be forwarded? +
The link in the email lives as long as you set, and technically it can be forwarded, just like the downloaded file. This is not copy protection but a “contact first” barrier. For private materials with access control, use gated access to the site.
Is this a newsletter tool? +
No. One transactional email in reply to a person's submission — no follow-ups, sequences or campaigns. Newsletters are a job for dedicated services.
