Auto-reply to form submissions on a static site

Someone sent a request through your site and got nothing back. Did it arrive? When will they hear from you? Half an hour later they send it again, or go to whoever replied first. An auto-reply fixes that with a single email.

What the sender gets

Right after sending the form, they get an email with your text: “We got your request and will get back to you today before 6 pm.” A confirmation, instructions, the address and time of a meeting, the file you promised: whatever you write. In their inbox the sender shows as “Tuqo · your site name”. The email is transactional: a “no need to reply” line is added automatically, and you continue the conversation from your own mailbox, since the sender’s address is in the submission.

Setup: three fields

On the site’s Forms tab: the Auto-reply toggle, a subject and the text. That’s all. The recipient’s address is taken from the form’s email field automatically (Tuqo recognizes email, e-mail and почта, the Russian word for email; a non-standard field name can be set explicitly). The “Send a test auto-reply to myself” button shows you the email before your clients see it.

What to know

• Spam gets no auto-reply. Submissions filtered out by the anti-spam checks (a honeypot field, a form filled in too fast) trigger no email, so bots gain nothing here.
• Every submission shows the outcome. “Sent”, or the honest reason: the email field was not found, the address is invalid, a limit was reached. No silent failures.
• Volume is capped by the submission quota. Start includes 100 submissions a month, so no more auto-replies than that. There is no separate limit to keep track of.
• A mail failure does not lose the email: sending is retried automatically.
• Available from the Start plan (see pricing); configured in the panel, over the REST API and from an AI agent (the MCP tools get_autoreply and set_autoreply).

Auto-reply with a file: a lead magnet

You can attach a file to the email: a checklist, a guide, a price list. It is delivered by a button in the email through a delivery page, only to a real email address; the file cannot be downloaded without sending the form.
